Martin Angove's Utterly Pointless tour of the Aber Valley

Inside my ex house

I have now sold the house, but I liked this picture so much I thought I'd leave it up.

A view from my bedroom window, looking North up the valley.

The view is almost North, and you can see Senghenydd to the middle top left.

Another interesting feature is the odd cloud formations in the sky. You will notice these on several of the photographs. Caerphilly and the Aber Valley lie beneath the crossing-point of two of the major air-routes in Britain. One goes West over the Atlantic and East to London, and the other goes South to Europe and North to ummm... Scotland I suppose.
