There are two other locations on this tour which feature Bryngelli. You have probably travelled through them to arrive here. Neither however quite captures the slope of the hill as well as this photograph. The road simply drops away from you - notice how each pair of houses is fully half a storey, maybe even more, lower than the previous. Behind you the hill continues upwards through fields which usually contain a few bedraggled sheep.
